plums galette


Again galette ! 

find my recipe for the pastry here...
but this time ,I switched 1 cup of the flour with rye flour (or oats ),omitted the pepper and added 1 spoonful of poppy seeds to the dough… I don’t use sugar in the pastry but in several other recipes of galette 1 or two spoons of honey or maple syrup are included… why not!?

The filling : plums + brown sugar +  fresh thyme

hamurun tarifi buradaydı;)
Bu kez, hamurun ununun  1 cup’ını çavdar unu ile değiştirdim…(yulaf unu da olur),biber yerine içine 1 kaşık haşhaş tohumu koydum... ben şeker koymuyorum ama bazı tariflerde bal,maple syrup ilaveleri var 1-2 kaşık...

Içi  erik + kahverengi şeker ve taze kekikden ibaret!
